For the past 15 years, Save the Family Foundation of Arizona has made every effort to deliver the best possible services to homeless families with children - continuously trying to improve by adding or changing programs to optimally meet their needs.  As a testament to this endeavor, we are proud and pleased to share the exciting news with you, our friends and supporters, that the Council on Accreditation (COA) has recently awarded our agency national accreditation.  This award is formal acknowledgement that Save the Family’s programs meet the highest national standards, one of only two homeless agencies statewide (out of eight who began the journey) to stay the course and achieve this validation.

The two-year accreditation process has been very thorough, arduous and, at times, tedious, but one which the staff and Board have found to be very educational and definitely worth the effort.  This award serves a two-fold purpose; not only is it a “seal of approval” for Save the Family, but it also serves to raise the bar for other nonprofits in the homeless arena to strive for the same quality of service delivery.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without your support and faith in our ability to carry out our mission, and now, a third party assures you that, by supporting Save the Family, you have invested your funds where they will be most effective.

Thank you from all of us – the Board, staff and families we have served and will, with your ongoing support, continue to serve.
